Lost?
Well, yesterday afternoon was spent helping a French tourist search for his friends' hotel in the notorious red-light district. Apparently, he arrived in S, spent one night searching for a hotel, befriend two Dutch, left his belongings in their hotel room, arrived at SBG and he lost them.
Although I do have my doubts with the credibilty of him as he reeks of alcohol, I still gave him the benefit of the doubt. But just as my boss said, if he is out to con us, he will be con one day.
Anyway, the search ended when he met another group of drinkers, and he joined them.

Blue
My room is now officially a cool gentle blue. After a weekend of moving my cupboards around and being shocked at the amount of dust and dirt under my bed and wardrobe, my room is now blue. Although my room was white, the colour blue actually made it seems bigger.
Anyway, its Monday, and I'm blue as well.

Thank you very much, Sir
Today started off hectic. All because Mininster MBT will be coming down for a launch and coincidently, K fell sick (how convenient). OTT, I think everything else went smoothly (coz I'm not that involved anyway, just helping with the preps) and I got to see quite a lot babes.
Most importantly, a regular visitor came up to me and treated me to a cup of orange as a gesture for my good service. This set me thinking, if every visitor are able appreciate the service that was provided (not that everyone has to treat me drinks/food), customer service would really be an ideal job.
Anyway, TGIF, after a stressful week, it's finally my restdays for the weekend. I guess I'll most probably spent it painting my bedroom. Hope you guys (whoever is reading) have an eventful weekend ahead.

What goes up, must come down
A brief improvement in my impression of an ethnic group has once again been greatly devastated.
Seems like one can't set your expectation too high nowadays. It'll just come crashing down on one just as the apple that fell hard on Newton's head.

What the hell!?!?!
95% of debut matches for players and managers always end in a win. How the hell did MANU lose their match?

Once again, it rainzzz.....
After what seems to be finally an end to the rainy season, the sky, once again, darkens and a typical tropical thunderstorm awaits.
(Darn, it means I'll have to sleep with my windows closed again.)

Wet
The weather is terrible nowadays. Day-long rain has been damping everyone's mood, everyone just want to sleep. As I'm typing this, the rain is still falling. I guess I shall head back to bed after this.

van der Sar.... HAHA
Well, after an afternoon soccer session with my soccer khakis, I was dubbed 'van der Sar'. You may be laughing at this, but for that 3 hrs, I somehow produced some amazing reflex saves, fustrating everyone and suprising myself. Well, this was not my first stint as a keeper, but my other games had ended in -say- a disastrous maner.
Anyway, I was glad that most people came down for the game yesterday. Soccer, to me, is not so much about playing, but about enjoying the company of my friends.
ps. We were just playing street/court soccer.

They are spoilt, can they be exchanged?
This morning, a man asked if I have tried the food at one of the super fine-dining restaurant in the gardens. When I told him, I have not because of the expensive prices, he seemed shocked. After a short pause, he asked, "How expensive can it be? Its only a few hundred dollars, quite cheap. If you didn't try it, how do you reccommend the restaurant to others?"
This incident reminded me of a friend. He once complained to me that, he hates to be home every saturday, because his maid will be vacum-cleaning his house and it is very noisy.
These people will never understand what the life of a middle-income (or even lower) is like. Can we create a 'Reality Check' institution, so that the spoilt can be exchanged???
